Who made the custom CF Lava?

#1

Post by FIMS »

I did a search and I just cannot find it.

Someone here posted a little while ago a plain SS Lava customized with a CF scale.

I want to know who it is I can contact to talk about this?

The name is on the tip of my tongue but I can't spell the name Im thinking of.

Thanks in advance.

I believe the Lava you are refering to was done by our fellow forumite "Tricod".
Visit his blog and search under the 2008 postings. I am almost sure you will find it there.

I created some scales from CF for my lava. Then used epoxy to stick it on top of the SS handle. Looks pretty nice. Yet the job was nothing fancy, just a quicky cuz I hated the SS handle.
