Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and kinda new in the world of Spydie collecting. I just recieved my Bob T. Starmate today from John F. Jensen. Its my second Spyderco so far, my first one was a black blade SE Endura that I bought about six years ago not even knowing it would become a collectors item. Since I found that out by searching through this forum I have kinda retired it from everyday carry since it's still in great shape. My question is - how is "the one store" selling Matriarchs for $49.00 when everyone else wants $80-$90 for them. I am thinking of buying a Matriarch to add to my collection after I get a carbon fiber Civilian and was just wondering if I'm missing something.

They must not be selling them so they lowered the price, that's my ownly assumption. It's been at that price there for a while. I have yet to take advantage of it.

Might get a 40/60 Wegner tonight <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
