Ti Peter Herbst. (I probably would have said the CF Ti Walker if I had one). Tied for second place: Shabaria, Viele, JD Smith.

What a silly question <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>, the Lum Chinese Folder of course. However I'm also very fond of my original aluminium C25 Centofantes and original Viele.

Java! That Viele is SWEET! <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> Did you have that custom made, or did you just buy one like that? At any rate, you made me drool all over my keyboard...<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

My vote must go to the Wegner's; large and small. They evidence masterful design and craftsmanship and are an ergonomic "dream come true". Like I have said before...to me they typify the "strong, silent type" in folding knives.

At the momment top would be the gun metal blue Chinese Folder for it's simplesity. Not too sure of the original jade green though.

A very close second would be the Howard Viele for shear class.

Is that a <img src="http://spyderco.com/forum/spyder.gif"border=0> in your pocket, or are you just glad to see me ?

1. Mouse, YES!
2. J.D. Smith (I am looking to getting another one!)
3. Lum Folder, of course, in honor of Clay and Carlos <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Wegner Jr. I would vote for the Calypsos, but I guess they don't fit in here.

Spydernut,

Found the Viele on E-Bay and it was lust at first site. Haven't seen any like it since. The Viele has the sweetest action on about any knife I've had the fortune to play with... and it just looks sooooo good!! Saving up to have Frank Recupero rework one of my Zowadas next. Check his burl handled Zowada out at Bladeart.com. Beauty!!

Those flexible plastic keyboard covers are a lifesaver after visiting Frank's page!!

The Blue Lum Chinese folder is my favorite.
It is quick to deploy and fits my hand well.
