Samo, Those praws are awsome. I work near the Oakland, California Chinatown and I have seen some large praws for sale but nothing like the monsters that you are catching.

I'll be visiting one of my best friends tomorrow, he is from Malaysia, I'll have to talk to him about those prawns.

Strange but true, while cruising down Canal Street in New York two years ago, I found the same kinda prawns being sold at Chinatown's wet market. They were frozen solid, probably imported from Thailand.. <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Samo, you can send me the pics and I'll host them on my "site" and then post them with the IMG SRC code.

However, I am on limited time, almost time to get off computer <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

This is even better than Coconut Shrimp. Wrap the shrimps/prawns with bacon, skewer them and grill them. When you serve them cover with any cheese of your liking. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM good.

Samo,

What you see is it. I use about 1/2 a strip of bacon per peeled shrimp, skewer them, grill them, put them on a warm plate, cover them with cheese, usually a jack-cheddar blend, although jack with green chili is also great, and enjoy. <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
