I am just curios as to what the C 61

"Pegasus" looked like ; 1SKS list them on

their website and I was curios as to

it's physical appearance.

Hmmm,
Could it be my poor eyesight, or is that a Meerkat-style blade on that Pegasus? It looks like a cross between a Navigator and a Meerkat. Go figure! <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Looks like a cross between a Calypso Jr., a Meerkat, and a CoPilot to me.

Looks like Spyderco is getting a lot of mileage out of this (excellent) design with a few minor tweaks. Good marketing strategy.

Look at the Pegasus!! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> It just looks good closed or open. See the curves, it just feels right in your hand. You would think it was too small, but grip it, and you know it is great. I still can't figure out how the Navigator made it, but the Pegasus was dropped. I still say get one when ya can.

When my Meerkat arrived, I said "Hey, that sure does look like my Pegasus!". And, it does. Main differences I see on the Meerkat are the thumb rest & hole are not quite as far forward, and the butt of the handle is scooped out for the pinky ...
