I've had my current Military for over a year now, it's my everyday carry. This may be the greatest knife in the history of man.
When I first saw one in '95 or '96 I thought, "What an ugly knife." I got one anyway, but only owned it for a very short time, and didn't give it a chance before I traded it for something else.
About a year and a half ago, I wanted a more substantial knife for carry at work. By then I was a die hard Spyderco guy, so I gave the Military another try. Wow! What a dope I was to get rid of it in the first place. This knife does everything well and achieves the nearly impossible combination of rock solid AND light as a feather.
I used to buy knives all the time. I'd get one, and soon another would catch my fancy. Since I got my Military, I don't look around anymore. It must be love.
