Today I stopped home for a while at lunch break, when I saw the mailman make her rounds.

When I checked the mail, I noticed a package addressed to me. Oh, the excitement!

I rushed inside, and ripped it open. It turned out to be the Carbon Fiber SE Dragonfly that I ordered last week. Oh, what a gem! Don't worry, Clay, I don't blame you for this one. The blame, I believe, goes to the SpyderLady, Kahz, for passing the dreaded CF-ism syndrome to me via the Forum.<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle><img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Thank you, Kahz! And, yes I have the "Evil Laugh" down pat!

Gleefully,

Spydernut,

You dog<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>. You just keep grinning over getting these CF 'flys. How can these people be giving them up<img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>? Enjoy<img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>. <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>'Drooling'<img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

BTW, you never gave us a report on your Spyderco thesis. You've gotten the reward. Give!

Congrats on your CF Dragonfly score SpyderNut!

I <b>love </b> mine and it makes a perfect match to a CF SE Cricket! Hint, hint...<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> Maybe, a CF Ladybug? Ooh, how 'bout a CF Civilian too!

Nice of you not to blame me for this one SpyderNut. However I recall having sung the praises of the CF Dragonfly as my "suit knife" on several occasions so I feel I must be at least partly responsible for the spread of the virus. Guess I'm just getting paranoid <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>.

**Kahz's "Evil Laugh" here**

Thank you, guys, (Kahz!) for sharing my enthusiasm over this Spyderco masterpiece! I just love my new 'fly. Oh, life is sweet once again!

I now carry my PE CF Dragonfly in my right pocket, and the SE CF Dragonfly gets the left side. Oh, how sweet!<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Jaxon,

Sorry, bro, I forgot all about my 'presentation'! I just got my grade on it this past Monday. My prof gave me a '98 on it, and he wrote on the last page:

Quote:
"Very well done. You have treated this subject with great detail. One of the keys, I see, to Spyderco's success is the quality suppliers (that it uses). Believe me, many organizations DO NOT have that pleasure. You did a nice presentation, too!"

I was so encouraged that he liked it so much.<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> I guess I was just afraid at first that he might say something because Spyderco is a "knife" company. I almost think now I have converted over another Spydernut.<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle><img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
Mwaahaha!

I find that having two CF Spydies is VERY bad for my health, as I now have my eye on a CF Cricket. Oh! And a CF ladybug....and not to mention the CF Civilian...
There goes my paycheck!<img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Cheers!

Wiley,

Me? Hard to get? Never! <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Sorry guys, I've been exploited at school. But I am still alive... ok, a bit more on the "undead" side... <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

So, another breakout of the Cf virus???? <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Glad to hear you're still in the "land of the living", Kahz!<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> I know what you mean; I have finals next week.<img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> It shouldn't be too bad, I hope.
I hope all goes well for you!<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

**Rooting for Kahz**

Yes, there has been another breakout of CFism.....I think I've got it bad.<img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Kahz,

Congrats on the big 600!<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> Way to go, girl!<img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

How you gonna celebrate? A CF maybe? Or a Folder? Ah, the pressure's on!

Spydernut,

Darn, do I ramble! <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> Well, since I just received my Chinese Folder yesterday and I have played with it all day today, I guess that's my celebration gift. <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

It really is a beautiful knife. I wonder, can CF be manufactured in various colors or only in brownish-black? Imagine a green CF shimmer! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Kahz,
Carbon Fiber (CF) is just plain ol' black. It's the structural component of a very tough composite material. Think fiberglass. Take care.

Jaxon,

Oh, well... dreaming is free, right? <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> Thanks for the information, though. I am more educated now. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
