Spyderco Spydersaw. $29 shipped!
The important thing was that I had an onion tied to my belt, which was the style at the time. You couldn't get white onions, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...

One of the last Spydercos I bought was a new (no box) H-1 Rock Salt for $70 at a knife show.

Wow. Some people have had great finds. My best was just a Santa Fe Mini Persian for $95. It's like 4th handed though, but still in great condition.

I was pretty shocked. I was walking by a table covered with inexpensive fixed blades. It was sitting in a pile, the only Spyderco on the table. Took me a few seconds to believe my eyes.

I found a new old stock Military (2004 version) locally for $65.00. Could not believe the price, it was marked $100 which was a great price + 35% off on sale for $65 out the door.

Today I've found one of my personal grails, the C42 Viele.
And it was quite a steal, I paid for this beauty in LNIB-condition less than the european streetprice of a FRN-Delica.
