Well Received Spydie

Hey Ya'll...

I got my Dad a Delica for christmas. He had carried an "Uncle Henry" sliplock for as long as I can remember. Actually he had 2 or 3 ready to send back to the company (both broken). When I was younger, he was cutting something (PVC pipe I think) and the knife closed on his thumb and gave him a nasty cut. He swore then that he'd only carry locking knives, but he never did. He got his delica for christmas and he kinda eyed it warily, until he checked the edge. He said that was the first knife he ever got that was actually sharp from the factory. I overheard him telling my grandfather the same thing later. I think he likes it!

My sister got him a Sharpmaker also, so he can keep it that way!
