My first Spyderco Forum post

#1

Post by amen74 »

Hello fellow Spydernuts!

This is my first post here, but I am not new to this forum. I really don't know why I have waited so long to post here as I am a member of other forums.

Suppose it's because obviously this is a site dedicated to the Spyderco addiction. A lot of you I can tell hold a lot of integrity for the knife, which turned me into an addict.

I've been snooping around reading all kinds of posts here for about 2 months. I'm guessing. Learning a lot about my Spyderco knives. Now it's about time for me contribute to the posting. Finally!

I very much look forward to conversing with you all. Thank you very much for your time.

Regards,

Aaron :spyder:

P.S. In case you are all wondering. I currently own about 25 :spyder: and love them all!

Welcome to the forum! I did the same thing when I first signed up, I waited, browsed & basically lurked for quite a while before becoming an active participant. Enjoy it here! :D

Welcome to the forums Aaron! So, what kind of Spydies do you got? Big ones, small ones, colorful ones, users, collectors, a mix? Anyway, enjoy your stay!

Gotta agree with Spyderwings! We have to know what you have the pleasure of owning!

And this is definitely the best forum on the net. Since there is no buying/selling/trading it really lets everyone get to know each other on a personal level than on a business level. And what a better way to bond than around knives?! :D

Enjoy your time here!

Hello everyone. Thank you for the warm welcome. I am currently trying to edit my sig line to reflect the Spydercos I own.

As soon as I figure this out you guys will know exactly what I own and new ones coming in.

My first Spydercos were an Endura 4 PE and Dragonfly FRN SE. Received both the same day. It has kept on growing since then and the total is about 25 so far. The Manix was also a must.

Two weeks ago I received my first Dodo. Blue G10 PE.

This post will be too long if I continue so I'll save some for later. Thanks again for the welcome.

Thanks bladese97.

Yeah it's somewhere around there. I really need to put them all out on the table and count. It's like an addiction. A healthy one.

Welcome, Aaron! There's absolutely nothing wrong with reading the postings for awhile to get a feel for the forum then jumping in. With 25 Spydies on hand, I'm sure you will have some good inputs.

Thank you. That's exactly what I've been doing for the past two months and now I'm just jumping right in.

This site is dedicated to Spyderco and that's why I like it so much. Trying to absorb as much info as I possibly can. Like a sponge!

Thanks Andy and Percival. That's the idea.

To expand my brain power into a Spyderco freak of nature. Just kidding!
