Happy New Year fellow forumites.

The 2002 consumer catalogs or PDRs (product description reference) arrived from the printer yesterday. For anyone wanting one...email me your snail mail address.

Nice!
But, what exactly are PDR's?
Also, is it an idea to put the catalog on-line in PDF format?

A couple of you who've emailed me asked "what do you do with our names and addresses?" Just want to assure you that we use them to send you the catalog and then throw them away (delete them). You won't be added to any mailing lists or receive further mailings from Spyderco. For future mailings we'll just ask you for it again!

Ted, PDR is a Spyderco acronym for 'product description reference', just a fancy way of saying consumer catalog. We've talked about putting it online and that'll probably happen in 2002.

Joyce,
Instead of deleting my address, if you want to use it to send me boxes of old Spyderco's or new prototypes. Go right ahead. I don't mind. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> lol <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
