WOW Spyderco ALMITE CRICKET

#1

Post by aj1985 »

Hey guys

I have had only three crickets up until this point. 2 FRN Crickets and now an Almite cricket.

Yesterday I gave my friend a FRN cricket which was basically my first Spydie that I gave anyone. The FRN one just came back from the factory super sharp and I know my buddy could use a good knife. (Oh crap I still have to send my $5 bucks) :D

This Almite cricket feels like a tank compared to all the other crickets I have held. I think For the time being this will be my EDC from now. The fit and finish is awesome and I like the heft of this one thats for sure.

The manix of crickets :D

if you get a chance to pick up this bad boy do so. I got mine on the bay NIB $50 bucks

take care & give this cricket a chance if you can find one

aj

I don't think they're that common, this is the first one I think I have seen. That being said I prefer the super thin all SS current Cricket model over all others due to how dang thin it is.

looks pretty chunky there aj, congrats :)
I've never seen one of those almite ones before... hey if you're back to "collector" status, you might want to keep it "scratchless" though I have no clue what its worth
i do prefer the svelte all SS ones though
