If you were given a new spidey in any color...

Imagine this: A genie appears after you polish an old lamp you bought for your wife while persuing a gun/knife/antique show (gotta keep the wife happy, right). After using your first two wishes on a life time supply of "Easy Cheese" and a personal meeting with The Hoff, you have one wish left.
You (foolishly) decide to ask for a the Holy Grail of your Spydie collection.

"What color would you like the handle to be?" he asked, wiping easy cheese off of his mustache.

Well? If you could have one Spydie with any color handle, what would you pick?

(why would we ask for only one? I dunno but run w/ it for the poll)

Hmmm... That depends. How drunk have we become after smelling David Hasslehoff's breath? :p ;)

I'll take a Lava in Orange or Yellow FRN with H1. Originally Chad's idea, but I gotta run with it :)

THE HOFF's breath is the only thing that Chuck Norris fears. Which is why Chuck Norris, the fist behind his beard, and his right and left thighs (named Law and Order, respectively) all carry Spyderco Yojimbos with G-10 handles in every color of the spectrum (Chuck invented every color. Except pink. Tom Cruise invented pink :) )

Navy and Blue have a clear lead.

I wish the P'Kal was available with blue or navy scales, but i can't see that happening.

Good thread Sarguy, thanx much.

We'll be interested in all the info we can get. We're thinking of making another custom G-10 color.

I'd like Urban damascus Wharncliff, or Lava, G10 in a deep indigo blue,
the highest frequency blue you could get in a plastic,
without going to ultraviolet.

Or a dark bluish purple.

(FRN or micarta ok too)

(gulp!) Anytime! I absolutely love the fact that a knife company this size stays in touch with their customer base.

BTW, I'm going for a blue :spyder: of some sort as well.

I'm in the minority and voting for Brown. :) I like the brown color that Kershaw has on their SG2 Blur. I think brown G10 would look pretty fancy. Even something with a brown almite coating would look neat.

My second choice would be Navy as I think the blue on the Yojimbo is just too darn bright and smurfy. :)
