Hey Sal how are yah

Reasons why you should come to Canada for a mini meet

1) Tim Hortons Coffee is out of this world :D
2) We say eh quite a lot
3) We Canadians love hockey
4) Did I say we some really really good Coffee

Sal come to Canada for a mini meet, because honestly we would love to have you guys come over. There are a few meets you are doing across the world, and If you can add Canada we would very much appreciate it.

Alright all you Canadians show your support so Sal will have a mini meet in Canada.

take care

aj

I think it would be great if this meet will be very close to US border. So :spyder: nuts from New England and NY will be able to join. :p :p
It is quite a few of us. Montreal is a great place.
What do you think?

I would love to have a meet in Canada. That being said I probably couldn't attend unless it was closer to me. I live in Saskatoon, so its probably not viable to bring it there...except that its right in the middle of Canada :D

Sorry, if it was in Vancouver, those of us in the east might as well just fly to Golden, Colorado (closer and cheaper) ;)

There is a a Canadian Knife maker Guild show happening in March. Is it possible for Spyderco to attend as well.

Please have the mini meet in Toronto, because thats where I live and I am a life time customer of Spyderco :D . Also there are very good Indian restaurants in the area :p . Can you say butter chicken

Tim's coffee is undrinkable corporate swill: but I can make a meet if it's on the right coast (or Montréal in late summer).

Spectacular butter chicken here, too.

I vote for Vancouver. Better weather and there are lots of Lotus Europas and Elans running about. ;)

since all five of us are going to vote for our own provinces, it should be a nation wide tour, stopping at the capital of each province (I would say territories as well, but I'm not sure if Sal could get everything up to Iqaluit in one Cessna.).

Or just Ontario and B.C. that would at least cover the two largest population bases.

It'll have to wait a bit before I can afford the trip, never mind buy a new knife... just dumped a paycheck on a new laptop here.

That said... the first 2 weeks of july I'm off work, and wouldn't mind a trip to toronto if it means seeing new toys. ;)

Even if Sal&Co. can't make it, I'd be up for a Prairie-Provinces meet if people want to hang out. A Cypress Hills campout, maybe? Not exactly "central" for those of us in the Edmonton/Saskatoon region, but it's a nice place to do some Mule-testing around the campfire. :D
Maybe one or two of us could even head down to Golden and negotiate to bring back some promotional goodies for those who can't make the trip...

I'll go anywhere that I can make in a day on my motorcycle.

It would be great to have a meet in Canada. I am in Saskatoon as well but would try my best to fly to whatever centre is chosen for the meet.

I vote for Winnipeg as a good geographic compromise :)

But I'm not Canadian, so my vote probably does not count!
