So far it's the BG-42 Military. I got that knife for the steel, and discovered it has the best handle of any knife I've ever used, especially in relation to the blade. Beautiful design.

That's a tough one. Choosing one is like choosing your favorite child. I would have to go with which one gets the most pocket time.

In order of pocket time:
1-CF ZDP189 Caly3
2-Red Bone Kiwi
3-Black Micarta Kopa
4-CF BG42 Military

I wish you hadn't brought this up. I was setting here contemplating the purchase of a Persian or a Civilian when I read this thread. After reading your thread I realized there was over 30 Spyderco purchases this year. I think I need help

Mine would be the Micro Dyad.
Hopefully, the CF Stretch will make its way into my hands before the end of the year! This might edge the Dyad out of first place. :D

This year I was lucky to buy several very good blades: R2, Black PE Dodo, Viele, Volpe, few Kopas. But two knives took my breath away for a while.
They are:

Kopa Turquoise and Commemorative Worker.
And 2007 is not over yet. :)

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

It might be partly because it's my first fixed blade Spyder.

For now ;) my favourites for the 2007 year are:

Kopas: Turquoise, Gold MOP, Pearl/ Abalone
Caly3 G10/ VG10
Persians: Large & Small
Lava
G10 Natives :p

So many to choose from. And as a few have mentioned the year aint over yet. With a couple more mths to go I am sure a few more 'favourites' are going to be keeping the current favourites company on the shelf and in the pocket :)

I got all my spydercos (except for the Civilian) this year. I decided to replace my old Buck Odyssey and I saw the Cara Cara, liked the price, so I got it. I decided it was a bit too big, so I started looking at Delicas. I bid on enduras, too, and managed to win an endura before I won a delica. Since then, I've purchased 6 or 7 knives from other manufacturers, and I'm up to 16 Spydercos (15 this year). I'm waiting on a few packages that are in the mail. I also may be ordering a few more knives in the next few days.... :D

My current favorites are the Blue G10 PE Dodo, which I need multiple backups of before I constantly carry it, and I'm really loving the Tasman Salt SE. I need to find a Merlin PE or Harpy G10 SE/PE. I also am a huge fan of my brand new Volpe, and I have plans to purchase a Manix and/or Spyker in the next couple months (might be an '07 purchase ;) ). I've got a Wayne Goddard lightweight coming, which I expect to love as well.

Oh, and I also love my Rescue 93, Police, Jester, Ladybug II, Snap-it, harpy, 2 natives, delica, endura, and cara cara... :D
