What's On Your WANTED List?
this isn't a wish list, it is a wanted one, so you can only pick knives that were in production at some point or at least a protoype picture is floating about.
here are mine:
any and all new kopas
phoenix
superhawk
big dyad (hopefully a new one in H1)
both :spyder: autos
szabofly
smallfly
pink endura :p to keep my collection up to date
zdp lum
maybe a dive knife (i am on the fence on those)
the new stretch ?
schemmp camp knife
white rescue (thanks alot felly :p )
new tip-up millie
old models:
a used captain
homemaker
Swiss walker (they are too $$$$ though)
plain edge zowada
blue plain edge lum (well really the cranberry one but that is impossible)
R (the original)
that's all i can think of off the top of my head... i am sure i will add to it after reading some of your wanted lists.
this was just an idea i was throwing around...some of the regulars on here have in their sig of wanted list (in really small font, which i like) i think that is a great idea, that way when i find a knife that they are looking for i don't have to go searching through 4 pages to see when someone last posted that i want a pink cricket and then i can PM where to find it. its just an idea and it would really only work for the regulars that post often so that you can see their list. I stress again that very small font is the best way so that you dont have 20 lines of wanted knives in every post.  maybe keep it to a max of 5 knives. like i said...it is just an idea, if it gets shot down it isnt a big deal to me. what do you guys think?

That's a pretty big list, Tony. Haha!
I'd just like to get my beater ghetto waved 50/50 Delica (probably D1) modified to fully serrated with an actual wave, LOL! So I guess I could say a used fully serrated waved D1 would be the ultimate choice, haha...
No knives recently have given me the urge to actually spend any money.

I'm an admirer of Spyderco's designs. Using them is like immersing yourself in music or studying a painting in a museum. I buy some "fine" art but my preference is for usable art.
Let's see...
Superhawk
Stretch II
Mule Team Design w/52100 steel
CF Kiwi
Plus, backups of models I currently - Dodo & Lil Temp

Of the upcoming models, only the 2008 CF Kiwi and the Jigged Bone Kopa (hoping against all hope that it will be clipless). Guess I should also say the Stretch II, but I really only want one of those as a platform for a Damasteel custom one.
Of the older production models, I'd really love to get my hands on a PE K05 Pro Culinaire.
Of prototypes - read somewhere that once upon a time there was at least FRN Kiwi prototype made. :D

Anxiously awaiting the new Spyderco collaboration, the "Phoenix". Also looking forward to the other collaboration with Kevin Wilkins. Of course, I'm still looking for some of the rare Natives, i.e., blue G-10 PE , Tan Operation Enduring Freedom. Always keeping my eyes open for a new upcoming Spyderco model that may catch my eye.
It's better to have knife and not need it than to need a knife and not have it.

To buy list
I will probably buy:
-Stretch II
-Viele/Phoenix
-Smallfly (multiples of this one, I think)
-Superhawk (the prototype was very attractive, and this from a guy who is not a huge hawkbill fan)
-Probably just about anything by Mr. Schempp (though I may be contacting him for a custom which will probably tie up a lot of "knife" funds)
-The unknown/overlooked knife that, every year, Kristi always tells me will be of interest to me and which I look at and, based on her recommendations, purchase. She is almost always right  --but don't tell her I said that.
