After a bit of clicking around, it appears when I created my original account at DLT, that I failed to also join the loyalty program. :o A separate step that I don't remember having to do at KC.
Add the WONDERFUL customer support that DLT provides on forums and they have quickly become one of the first sites I check when a new Spyderco is released.
