Yes I was more wondering about her opinion on the Kiwi 4.

I noticed this on Saturday.
I love mine, but I love Fluted CF more :)

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

And here I thought $180 was a good deal! I haven't done much with mine yet. It's a beautiful knife but it's really heavy for it's size. I'm with bh49, I prefer fluted cf.

Not sure if this one's be mentioned yet:

BHQ bundle, M4 Military and Polestar for $190, almost pulled the trigger on that one, wouldn't mind a back up M4 Military,

Smoky Mtn Knife Works has the upcoming Calypso Junior Superblue up for Pre-order for $30.32; wonder if they'll honor it for those who've already placed an order?!?!

^I checked the other preorders to see if maybe it was a partial downpayment, but it's the only thing not at MAP

Put in an order. We'll see. Is it bad I was kind of annoyed they charge a separate ($2) fee for insurance? :p

Thanks for the heads up

You won't be mad if they honor that price :p
I can't say it isn't worth a shot though. Also, can't say I didn't try... ;)

BladeHQ has it listed at $30.32 as well, though they don't accept pre-orders. I wonder if it's a glitch in the inventory/pricing getting pushed out to dealers?

https://www.bladehq.com/item--Spyderco- ... Run--78695

**edit**

On second glance, looks like they've just grabbed the regular Calypso Jr. MSRP from the discontinued VG-10 model.

https://www.spyderco.com/catalog/detail ... roduct=115

But definitely worth a shot! I've put in my order and keeping fingers crossed ;)

Good find! I put in an order as well; we'll see how it goes. All my kitchen knives are either blue #2 or super blue... it'll be nice to have some Hitachi folding steel in my pocket.

I’m not gonna hold my breath on that deal, but it’s worth a shot! I’ll still be browsing the usual suspects like a hawk anyways :)

I already have a pre-order in with KC but I figure I'd give it a try. I just received an email that said my order is processed and should ship in 1-2 days. That can't be right.

Pre-ordered that Caly jr also from SMKW... payment went through right away which I thought was odd for a pre-order, but also makes me feel like they should honor it if they’re taking actual payments for it.

This was how it was listed at KC right away but they called me after placing a preorder and said it was a mistake and the actual price is $78. KC didn’t honor the original listed price but I guess idk about other retailers... just a heads up..

Ordered 2. If they don't honor this they'll be issuing a lot of refunds next year.

Isnt it a law in some states if its listed at that price ,and someone buys it they have to honor it? Took my chances as well!
:bug-red-white I collect them all, and use them all! I use the excuse, "I'm trying to find the perfect one", but in reality, they are all perfect in their own way!
