P'Kal Trainer...

#1

Post by Hannibal Lecter »

My Dear Friends,

As though I actually want to add another knife to the list of, "I positively NEED one of those":

Any word on the release of the P'Kal trainer?

Hi Hannibal! Glad to hear you are happy with the P'Kal. Currently we have an ETA of Sep/Oct for the C103TR. Just as the live blade was, it will be worth the wait.

So do I. I really hated that the Yo trainer didn't make it any farther than being listed in the 2006 catalog. ;)

Ditto on this one. This model needs a practice model! Keep adding wood to the fire....so it does not burn out!

Any updates on the trainer? I'm planning to pick up a P'Kal sometime in the near future, and I remember rumors of the live blade / trainer being offered as a box set or something. Might be worth waiting for if true. :)

Thanks,
Keith

Yeah just look how the Gunting trainer got so coveted in such a hurry. I wouldn't even mind having a trainer for the Captain while we're at it

:spyder: I'm gonna buy a crucible trainer because it closely resembles in blade shape my beloved baby manix. But I'd still love a Yojimbo trainer. For edge in training I just use a waved endura or delica trainer. I'm not dropping that kinda money for I style I only train to stay versed. :spyder:

I'd still quite like a Yojimbo trainer too... (and a P'kal trainer :) )

So the P'Kal trainer isn't, uh, dead, is it? That'd be a shame.
