I just bought one on Saturday. It's a great little knife. I like the solid feel and the great lock. Although it is a small knife it fits great in my paws!

I love the clip on the Meerkat it is the lowest profile knife I own. You can't realy tell what it is untill it is out of the pocket.

Where is my Meekrat? I ordered from Knife Outlet a month ago w serrated blade. Now, they say the knife is not available from the manuf. I think the wire clip is one of the many outstanding features of the Meekrat. I just cant seem to get one.

Where is my Meekrat? It was advertised for sale by Knife Outlet and AFTER my order they informed me the product is not available from the manuf. Now it is a month later. I think the low profile wire clip is the best of many features of the M. I just can not get one!

Thanks sal

But is the problem due to the so called phatom lock? its on the left side of the handle isn't it? so if the clip is moved to the left side it couldn't function is that what you mean?

well, then the wife's christmas present goes to me then...
