Got mine discounted from outdooramerica.com
$49.95 plus shipping.

If you can't afford it, go to your local library and see if they can find it in the system somewhere. After you read it you'll know if you must have your own copy.

"I just thought of something. What if this thing can read minds?" "He's gonna be real mad when he gets to me." THE THING

If you are a spyder buff then you NEED this book. Its very informative and a good source to reference when you have a spydie question. Is the price a little steep? Yes, but its not a book for the general public and probably didn't have as big of distribution so it costs a little more. Well worth it in my opinion.

It's a great book.
Lots of pictures and info about spydies that probably can't be found many other places.

Did you know that at one time Spyderco made
a knife for the Kosher butchering of chikens?

Or did you know that the idea for the pocket clip came from a frog?

You can find the book on Amazon.com for about $50.00
