Hello Guys and Gals,

Just got this pic and would like to share it with you. It is a spydie buy etched into the g-10. It is done by a fellow forumite. Work is awesome.

VERY COOL!

I have a knife that needs some customization, I will be contacting this guy very soon. Was it expensive at all?

Thanks for sharing!

The work is not expensive at all. Just send $10 for the first knife then $5 for each additional knife. That is cheap. And it really highlights the handle. I am starting to dislike all the black handles. This just dresses it up a bit.

AncientSUL,

Thanks, I just sent him an e-mail to work out the details so I can send him the first knife that I want to have customized. How exciting! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Does the etching wear down the gripping surface much?

Sam,

The work is done by forumite BobLeeSwagger.

Knifeknut,

The texture of the G-10 should be rougher because of the etching. I don't know how long it will last because it is my first time experience with this. But will updater later on.
