lock question/spyderco sighting

1) www.photonlights.com has a spyderco there, looks to be a trainer of sorts.



2) would the spydercard be considered a frame lock, or a liner lock?

The Spydercard is some of both if I remember what Sal said.

Some laws permit, what honor dose not.
