Yin Yang

Post by kbuzbee »

Okay, we've been using these two for a couple months now. Amazing. The Yang is now the only knife my wife will use to cut bread (and we have a very nice bread knife). It allows her to cut paper thin slices (which she likes). I use them both and they are simply wonderful kitchen knives. The only other knives that I use in the kitchen now are a White Whale for salads and a Henkles paring knife for cheese. Everything else is either Yin or Yang. If you haven't tried these yet, IMO, you should!

Thanks Sal for a couple great tools!

I have Yang for a few weeks and I love it.
