I know that the Higonokami looks like this. But not sure exactly what the Spydie version looks like.

You can see some elements of the blade shape in the Jester and ATR but as far as I know there is no Spyderco version of the Higonokami style knife. The model # listed at this site doesn't look like a Spyderco cat #. Mistake maybe?

As I looked over the website I noticed that they had tons of knives that I am sure that they don't have in stock. The T-Mag as an example. They don't have in-stock listings. Fishy?

I think they got a new guy running their website because they used to be very accurate with what they had in stock. If it was on the website, then they had it in stock. I have noticed lately a lot of knives on their website that are not even released yet.
BTW, Hi Dave! :D

That catalog number is off compared to the rest of em as well. But wouldn't it be a great surprise?

"Spyderco C36CFBGP Military Model $290.00"
ya i'd pay that, not.

Still don't know what "Spyderco AR102S Archistral Folder" is/was?

Country knives (mistakenly) lists a lot of G. Sakai / Moki / Seki-cut / Hattori knives as "Spyderco".

Like Ted said, Country tends to list all knives ever distributed by Spyderco as "Spyderco", but I can't say I remember ever seeing a knife described as a Higonokami in any of the older Spyderco catalogs where Moki, G. Sakai, Taiyo, Tak Fugata, and Solo branded knives are shown. Having dealt with them before, I would tend to think along the same lines as Fellyjr, that they have a new webmaster, rather than that they're being intentionally deceptive. They are primarily a brick and mortar dealer and their prices reflect that, but because they sell for full MSRP they tend to have discontinued models available long after the discounters have sold out.
