As an idea of how discresion works.
A policeman once told me he had confiscated somebodys studded wrist band, because in his view it could only be considered an offensive weapon. It was about that stage I was pushing my BM Leopard deeper into my pocket.

Pardon my ignoarance, but what's a slipjoint folder?
