If I use this knife in a self defense situation, are there any specifics to use in a legal deal regarding it's shape and design intent?

The Civilian is a self defense tool..it says so in its warning handout of usage.
It says its gfor good guys, the whitehats to use against the realy bad guys..
Its name is not bad..
as for length?..you better check the local laws..
As for looks?
Thats personal..but remember the sheeple judging you...

if you use a knife in self defense...
Check with an attorney..
Get a good attorney...
Get a REALLY good attorney and a knife expert on your side..

Your intent is most important..
Why did you carry said knife..?
Why was it with you at that point..?
Did you use it as description of said knife would lead one to believe...?
not to mention WAS it self-defense?
Did you respond in like force?

The name and design of a knife can haunt you if the image portrayed allows the sheeple of the world to say the knife image goes along with the dastardly deed of protecting yourself...
" oh the Predator 5 Disembowler Gut Cutter Attack Knife will definately turn people off..
ROFL..
and yes a plain "kitchen knife" of obscenely big proportions might actually get less attention that a wickedly sounding small tactical knife..
What a strange world we live in..

Use a good production "tactical " or EDC folder and I doubt you'll come into any trouble from its design or name or image unless the knife itself already violates some county, city, or state ordinance...
the Civilian has a very calm rational name and it evokes no disturbing images by name alone...

Courts recognise restraint..
courts recognise self defense..
Not sure of how to apply it?
Take an MBC course from Mr Janich...
then you'll know what to do and what not to do!

But watch out for those wierdly named sharp toys..ROFL...
