janich vs. keating

Postby spydermdz » Wed Jul 26, 2006 4:16 pm

first of all.. who has a better knife design in your opinion?

what are the pros and cons of both MBC designers knives?

and for the hell of it, who would you pick in a knife fight? keating or janich? just curious... i love them both. i couldnt even begin to pick.. arent they both trained in the same MBC or are they specialized in a certain or different MBC

although both blades (Yojimbo and Chinook) you're refering to will succeed in any kind of task you'll throw at them, I still have a preference for the Chinook. IMO it has this all-around design type that you could find anywhere, from a camp knife to MBC.

I think once I buy a Chinook I will like it better than my Yojimbo, as I am guessing the Chinook feels as solid(or more) as the Persian, that blew me away upon purchasing.

Obviously, Spyderman or The Hulk would beat either one. :p

Since Spydermdz asked who would win in a KNIFE fight, I would pick Wolverine! ;)

Haha. I like how this janich vs. keating thread turned into which superhero would win in a knife fight thread! :D

(I vote for O.J.)

screw norris, superman, and whoever you all said.

thanks to those who actually responded to the topic on the thread... oh yea and i find it funny that a guy with a name on here of "NINJA" makes comments about superheroes fighting... funny.

i have a few chinooks and i love em... wont ever get rid of them... tough as tanks. however, the yojimbo is one i am dying to get. i was WANTING TO KNOW who you guys thought was the better designer and why, and i only got one answer and a bunch of superman BS. go figure
