Just got a SS Harpy...

#1

Post by BladeMaster »

A few days ago I purchased a SS Harpy, and boy am I glad that I did! This knife is so cool, but I haven't had that much experience with it yet.

Can anybody tell me about their experiences with the Harpy, or how they feel about this knife?

Thanx in advance

Hi Blade master i had my harpy some month ago(3 or4)and i LOOOOOVVVVVVEEEEEE IT(like all spyderco's knives). The sturdy ss scales make this folder strong and cool(but slippery!)it cuts easily all paper, rope and cardboard types, but it is also a good self defence(i know it is small but efficient)Personnaly i prefer ss pe harpy without drying vent(like in the movie HANNIBAL)and don't forget:DON'T WORRY WITH HARPY!!

If you trust in god and think he makes good things then god hate the USA

i have one and it is great very stout, one of the best work knives i have ever owned. i mine has drying vent too it is usefull but i would rather use a g-10 handle around water and i think it would look classier w/o the vent.
