Never again will I be embarrassed about resurrecting a thread that has been dead a couple or more days.

When I began reading this thread, and before I realized how old it was, I was pretty sure that I learned of this forum at the Spyderco forum at BFC. Then, someone posted about seeing the link on the home site. I've seen it there. And, I think it possible that it was mentioned over at Knife Forums, where I only occasionally lurk.

Sorry to say, just can't be sure where I learned of this forum. All I can say is am glad I did. Decided to use different user name than on the other forums, and it is a kick.

Expecting to buy my 4th Spydie, a Wegner in the next few days. And the beat goes on . . .

Guess I should add my answer...

I was searching up more knives for my collection, after owning my Delica for just over a year(in July). I was so impressed with the quality, I just had to get a friend for it.

I got the site from the catalouge, and stumbled upon this forum and the wealth of knowledge it contains.

Now, I got the Delica in June '99. I got the LadyBug in Feb 2001. I recently added the Cricket in Mar 2001, as a B'day present for myself.

Thanks, Jeweler. It is interesting to see the names of the "charter members" of the Spyderco forum. Maybe we need to run a "Where are they now?" thread since we haven't heard from some of them in quite awhile.

Aloha Mr. GLESSER! I decided to check out Spyderco after performing a shakedown at our facility, because I carry a Rescue Jr. (Although I'm not supposed to!)
After checking out this site, it renewed my "Spyderlove", and after my watch, I log on every night!
Please keep up the great work!

God bless and Mahalo!

God will put you over...if you let Him!

I found out about this site from you Sal. I seem to remember you announcing this in the Spyderco Forum over at Bladeforums.
