Think I will forward this link to the wifey now before I get home Saturday and tell her.... :p She may as well know now while I'm still in California that it will once again be a very expensive year for the Spydie collection……

LOL... Better for her to be mad at me while I’m 1200 miles away, then when I am under the same roof with her....

Thanks for the info Kristi…. You Rock……….

oh, summer's gonna hurt the wallet...

Lava 3x130
Jigged Bone microdyad 1x165
Spin 1 or 2 x 80
UKPK 1x130...

390, 165, 160, 130...
845usd, 970cad at current rates...

glad I'm not paying for a car right now(unfortunalty I'll need new wheels this summer too), but that 1K cad is gonna hurt... and thats not even shipped price or taxes!

Kristi,

Do you know if there has been any progress on the idea of the folder-over deep-pocket clip as an aftermarket accessory for the Delica and Endura?

Best regards,

Thanks for the great pics and infos Kristi. Lots of goodies in the not so distant future. Two major questions:
1. Will the ZDP Delica be the new style (Delica 4) or still the older one (barrel clip)?
2. Do those G-10 Byrds have steel liners?

Gosh, it looks like :spyder: wants me to rob some banks
I am too affraid of even counting that together :(

Lava, Horn - this is what I want for sure!
Would like to see the El Capitano, but I guess we have to wait a bit for the pic ;)
Cara Cara G10 looks to be the runner as well.

I see it as a blessing when I even can afford these.

And I definitely cant tell my GF about the Chinese, she loves that one, that would land us on the street. :( :( :(

I think it was intended to be the newer style.

Great info... Thanks Kristi. :)

All I know is I'm going to be in the poor house, or living on the street. But at least I'll have some quality tools when I need to make a new cardboard house.

Hi All - I was at the SHOT Show and I can tell you that the G-10 Cara Cara and Meadowlark models are absolute TOP NOTCH! They really stand out and the progress that Spyderco made with these knives can not measured in steps but more in leaps!
Super fine detail and smooth workmanship. Steel liners beneath the G-10 scales. Decorated spine!!!!!!!! Very cool and tempting.
These are knives that have such a value for money that some will not be willing to buy the real mcCoy, I promise you that.
Yes, as you can see, I am very impressed and enthousiastic about them. :)
Jurphaas.

BTW. for the Captain, it is a very sturdy, hard working knife aimed at the hunter or EDC. Stuby, interesting blade style with G-10 and steel liners. Bomb proof construction.

I had to look a second time to be sure but yes, you did say decorated spine!

Can't wait to see what that means and will look like.
