I sent 4 of my most used and abused edc blades to the Spyderco Spa for fluff, buff and repair. A new Dodos tip was a bit deformed, another Dodos tip was broken from use, a Paramilitary whose pivot screw I broke,and a heavily modified lil temp needing sharpening
Got 3 back on Tue, all fresh and ready to go, but no chipped blade Dodo. Today, another package from Golden and inside was a NEW blue Dodo!
I am so impressed, not only for the great warranty service but also for a personal typed note stating how happy they are to see knives put to such good use.
So take those knives out and make everyone at Spyderco happy!
