Now that I got a cricket, where do I buy more?

Now that I got a cricket, I want to get a few others, dyad jr. and maybe still a ladybug. Where is the best place to purchase for both quality and service. I don't mind paying a bit more for good service but I don't really want to pay list when there are some options. Where do you suggest?

There are lots of good places to buy knives. I will name a few:

Top of Texas at www.toptexknives.com

Bayou LaFourche at http://64.49.193.154/store.asp

I also sell Spydercos. My website is www.theleadingedgeonline.com It isn't finished yet, but feel free to shoot me an email about which model you want.

Hi Tina,

Looks like you've been bitten by the bug (Spyder that is). I'm sorry to say that it causes an itch that can only be satisfied by regular infusions of new Spydies. There are lots of good online dealers, as Dennis said, but you can also pick up some good bargains in the For Sale Forums of places like Bladeforums.com. BTW I'm not saying that just because I happen to have a few knives for sale at the moment .

Clay

Don't worry that the world might end tomorrow, in Australia it's tomorrow already.

Hi Tina. Welcome.

FWIW -- in this case a lot -- I have purchased all my new knives in recent months from either Bayou LaFourche or Dennis/shootist16. Both deliver excellent service and prompt shipping -- and as a bonus, offer prices among the lower/lowest levels on the web. You get the best of both worlds.

On the one occasion he didn't have a knife I ordered in stock, Dennis had his wholesaler send it directly to me. That is service. Dennis doesn't charge your credit card til he ships. I don't believe Roger at BF does either.

Thanks to all of you! I will decide which one I really want (ladybug or dyad jr.) and then order with one of the folks you recommended. (Maybe I'll even get both)...I am new to this knife thing, and the more I learn, the more I want. I love my cricket I got from my son, I just can't seem to figure out why I want another one...I guess I have been bit by the spyder bug!
