Szabofly Update

#1

Post by TazKristi »

Hello all. I wanted to inform you of the current status on the Szabofly. We are now looking at a release date in early 2006.

I know many of you just dropped your jaw, but remember that which you already know... we will not release a product before it is ready. We are confident that we are on the right track and we KNOW it will be worth the wait.

I'm sorry it's not the news you were hoping for, but I personally made a promise that we would communicate more information to you, good and not so good.

Thank you again for your loyalty and interest. We appreciate it!

Kristi

Too bad that the projected release date had to be moved.
Then again, with all that will come out soon, I won't be bored and there's more time to save up...which always comes in handy. :D

Take your time to make it right! And keep us posted when you can!

New butterfly. See the catalog (pdf download).

Though my jaw did drop, I am glad to wait. :)

Mahalo Taz...

That's MORE than enough time to think of a GOOD excuse to get it when it comes out! :p

God bless and mahalo!

It does give me more time to dig up my Imada handbook and brush up on my flicking skills. :)

Thanks for the update TazKristi.

Well i must say this news isnt the best, but at least we know that Sal and the gang are probably makeing it better. Oh well like they say better to wait and and get a quality item, then to be impatient and get a lesser quality.

Bummer. :( Like others, it will give me more time to save. Maybe the Jens Anso folder will be released sooner to compensate. ;)

TazKristi,

My thanks for the update. I already have one on backorder with my dealer... :D

I appreciate more than I can say your keeping all of us abreast of new developments. Even bad news is better than no news at all, and it helps to squelch wild speculation. :p

donut makes a good point... any word on when you will be shipping those bad boys out. I preordered through my dealer a while back and I am REALLY excited about this piece.

Early 2006 to me means the first quarter of the year. It's only January, we've got all the way til late March before we'll be in the second quarter. That's three months that could be considered "early 2006"

Better sit tight guys ;)

She repeated the "January, 2006" target only a week ago on bladeforums. :)

So unless something has happened in the last 7 days, I would HOPE (maybe not expect) to see it in the next 4 weeks.
