they're not released yet, ZDP Caly is for July, ZDP Delica is due for August/September.

Welcome to the forum!

Hey dani, welcome.

I'm hot for one of those burgundy Caly Jr's. Do I remember someone saying you could preorder them?

I guess the next thing to ask is where, NGK? I've never ordered from them, I guess a preorder is a phone call away, no?

That ZDP Caly is really nice! Will it really out cut the current VG10 Caly?

Are you sure these are actual photos ?
I remember Sal saying the early photos were Photoshop mock ups. I only ask because on most San Mai knives I have seen there is a distinct line that runs down the blade where one steel is ground away to reveal the other.

What ever, I plan to be getting one of each, I just hope the colours are a touch darker.

That, plus the lack of steel markings. Am fairly sure the pictures were supplied by Spyderco to dealers, seeing as the URLs for them show them to be located on GP Knives server. Couple other dealers who do advance orders are showing the same shots. But do think they are just "artists conceptions". Time will tell.

Vinny, Carlos HAS to delete pics of protos because some have been copying the designs. I think he'll let the Caly and Delica slide, since they have already been out

These are well within the 6 month window for releasing photos.
