The CF Harpy will be a sprint run item. It will be the first time a CF version is offered. Available in Plain edge and Spyder edge. MSRP $184.95 Expected delivery October-November. Almost forgot, Blade steel VG-10.

spydutch,

CF = Carbon Fiber

The knife will have carbon fiber instead of stainless steel handles.

just like my old ATS55 Harpy.I like carbon fiber over steel because of it's grip. If that new Harpy has an adjustable pivot pin too, I will most certainly buy it.
Thank you for the info

Welcome to the forum spydutch. If Spydero does the Carbon Fiber Harpy the same way it did the CF versions of the Delica, Police, and Civilian, there may also be both right hand and left hand versions. The three I mentioned all have a single steel liner on whichever side the clip is mounted. Pictures below show all the past Carbon Fiber offerings, except the LadyBug, and a CF Navigator that never made it out of the prototype stage. The Delica, Civilian, and Police shown are left hand versions.

The Walker, topmost below, was manufactured for Spyderco by Klotzli, in Switzerland, used carbon fiber originally intended for a Formula 1 race car, and was the first CF :spyder: , all the rest use a different carbon fiber.
