Hello all! I can tell you that the next in the Salt Series will be the Tasman. I can't tell you anything else at this point, but I promise as more info becomes available we'll share. Have a great day! :D

Sorry Saltydog, as I said, the only thing I can tell you at this point is the name. As more becomes available we'll do our best to share. Thank you for your enthusiasm! :D

Has Sal, or someone else from Spyderco, actually stated that there will definitely be an H1 bladed hawkbill somewhere in the future? I searched here and BF a couple days back, may have used the wrong terms but could not come up with anything solid.

I'd like the larger blade....it's what I love bout the Pacific and Atlantic Salts - blades that are OUT there. Sheeple friendly? Maybe not, but a useful working tool--

I'd love to see Spyderco put some "fire" in that weak orange FRN they used for the Rescue-add some red to the orange to gt a really HOT orange.

All this chat about glow-in-the-dark plastic is sort of useless. Those plastics don't hold a charge that well, and if they did they'd be too "hot" to safely carry - it's marketing gimmickry. Just ask the folks who agonize around glow-in-the-dark and radioactivity in the watch dial market.......

Peace

It was mentioned in the thread about knives with glow-in-the-dark-handles.

IIRC, Abel TASMAN was a sailor from the netherlands who discovered Australia
before James Cook.
A good choice .
