And the Delica came to my hand!!

#1

Post by Antoni »

Hello to everyone in the forum, and thank you for reading these words!

I just want to express how happy I am, because today I purchased a lightweight 50/50 Delica and I think it's one of the best tactical tools I've ever had.

At the shop I handled quite a few models of different brands, but when I had my Delica in my hand I told the shop assistant to stop showing any more knives to me, because for me it was impossible to take any other knife with me than the Delica.

Just one more thing, a little question, the shop is on a sale, (30% off on everything!!), should I take advantage and get some other spyder fellow?????

Best regards to everyone from Spain!!

Hello again!!, the shop is in a small country in the pyrenees, called Andorra, but I'm afraid they're running out of spydies (sorry patogordo!). I got a tri-angle sharpmaker the day after I got my Delica (I just couldn't stand!), and today one of my colleagues has got a Delica too (the last one in the shop). I used the tri-angle sharpmaker with my fairbairn-applegate covert folder and I've rediscovered it (it was amazingly easy to produce a razor edge on it).
Greetings from Spain!!!

Buy as many as you can, but if you can only get one, I've heard a lot of good things about the Calypso Jr.

For a bit larger knife, with a maximum of flexibility/utility, you might try to get a Wegner.
