Hey Steve,

Did you get a chance to refilm Greg doing the bowie cut and backcut flow drills? I am getting confused (what else is new!) about the transition from the second thrust (6) in the flow drill, through the "and" and into the Passata Soto. From the initial right hand side (5) thrust, the left leg is back, torso is zoned away from centre and right leg is forward, then stepping into the (6) thrust, do you:

A) step with the left leg, thrust, step forward with the right leg, cut the "and" and go into the PS, extended with the right leg forward? or:

B) step with the right leg, thrust, step forward with the left leg, cut the "and" and go into the PS, extended with the left leg....

I think once, I said I learn martial arts in single syllables... :-)

Clinton

PS, I still ache *EVERYWHERE*. If one measures gain from pain, I learned a lot...

One of Bram's instructors told me via e-mail that CSSDSC should be back up sometime Monday.

Rex G: Thanks for the heads up. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I especially like this one http://members.shaw.ca/Vancouver-CSSD/DSCF0627.JPG

At first glance, it looks like I am actually nailing Yuval in the head....but in reality he had already tagged me about 3 times in 0.2 seconds before that pic was taken.

Looks like CSSDSC is still down. Sayoc.com is up though, so that is hopefully good news.
