Rough opening Endura L/W

Hi,

I just purchased an '98 Endura Lightweight plain edge. I am very happy with this knife except one point, when opening, the action seems quite rough from about half way onwards. It feels like the back edge of the blade where the locking lever rides on has slight waves in it. Is this normal and will it most likely smooth itself out over time? Or is there something else I can do to make it better.

I forgot to mention, the action is definately well lubed, I usually use TW-25B.

Hi Fabian. Sorry you are having problems. Is this the one you picked up in California?

The knife should be smooth throughout the opening. If it doesn't smooth out with use, you'll have to get it to our distributor (Zen) in Australia.
