Poll : Which do you carry most?

#1

Post by AllenETreat »

And this should <i><b>not </b> </i> be confused with KBR's EDC thread - what I

mean is your <i><b>most </b> </i> carried

EDC...

Example ( how about "object lesson"? <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> )

The Cricket for me - only mine's now the

dragonplate CF PE that Ron ( sc_rebel )

made custom for me, I do miss the SE for

that vicious looking <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>edge, but the PE

in dragonplate has that custom, "tweaked"

kinda look to it. I also grudgingly admit

PE has more utility than SE ( ah, shucks! <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>) So give us the <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> & the <i><b>WHY? </b> </i>

AET

For me its still the Military though the Para has been giveing it some rest.
The Military just fits my hand and I love the lock.It does everything I need a blade to do and does it well.I belive the Para would be the most carried if it had a liner lock.
So right now I would say it breaks down like this.
4 days Military
2 days Para
1 day blue Native or CF Delica.

Most carried is the Meerkat. It's always on my right while a Dodo has been most recent most-carried left-hand knife (today it's a Delica, but that Dodo keeps sneaking back).

Other than time off to get a sheath done twice(about 2 weeks each), my SS PE 'Fly has been on me since Aug 20, 01.

Use it a few times a day, doesn't shave with the THIN edge on it now(sandpaper on the flats), but it'll cut your arm off if you don't watch out. Solid enough and familiar enough to do pretty much anything I want, sheeple friendly stainless & plain edge so it doesn't cause a stampede when I use it.

Also, Burgandy Micarta PE Jester NIB, and STILL in box...just to take out, open it and do the "uncola" reaction: AHHHHH! then, back in the box it goes! Thanks again Paul!

Overall: some type of Cricket or Dragonfly. Lately, the Dodo is most often carried.

My most carried has ALWAYS been the Military.

I bought my first about 2 1/2 years ago and, since then, this <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> model has seen more carry time than any other. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

It's The C45OR Rescue Jr. (79 mm)
It *was* the G-10 Rookie in SE till around a month back.

Thanks and have a Great DAy,
