Dust! I have it everywhere, especially out in the shop. My wife especially hates this particular hobby.

amongst other things, I collect Garfield pockets. I've been doing that now for 20 years or so. A new one comes out every 6 months or so. There are 43 in total and I have all of them.

I collect autographs, specifically from WWII celebrities.

So far I have books/pictures autographed from Tex Hill (Flying Tigers), Robert Morgan (Memphis Belle Pilot), and several of the "Band of Brothers" (101st Airborne, Easy Company), as well as a member of the Tuskeegee airmen.

I love history, and this is a way to experience living history and talk with the men who lived it and made it.

Even before I bought my new widescreen HDTV and Colorstream pro DVD/VCR, I had/have a big collection of DVDs. Easily over a hundred so far....

Good post!

I like to collect the new state quarters!

They look nice and don't cost ya much.
Also wanted to add.
I got a collection of sharks teeth! Dug them out of the ground around Bakersfield, Ca. Also if you go hiking check out any old dumps you might find. You will discover many interesting things...

Aloha!

Well...for me, it was airsoft gas, spring, and AEG's.

As of late though, it has got to be Jackson Chameleons! I currently only have a 3yr. old BIG female, and 3 babies...can't tell if they're boys or girls yet. CANNOT wait for the ones called the Veile Chameleons to somehow migrate here from Maui! I just love these lizards...They are rather high maintenance(I buy all their food, make sure they stay hydrated, keep them indoors at night...)but they're worth it!

Wives although I am not too good at this as I am still on my first. She hates it when I introduce her as my first wife.

Coins. Started collecting at 6, still do. Anybody else have the 1982 dime w/o the mint mark? It's the rarest piece I have.

Scout memorabilia. I've been collecting for years, and am one sewn-edge Eagle patch away from a complete 1930s rank set.

The Man's Prayer- I am a man. But I can change. If I have to. I guess...

I love chameleons, too, although I've never owned one.

A number of years ago, I had two iguanas that I enjoyed. The older one was six feet long and weighed somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 or so pounds.

Now, as if being half the size of Godzilla wasn't bad enough, this lizard had a horrible attitude towards humans, dogs, and every other living organism.

I still have scars from this monster. They bob their heads in a domination ritual, and if you bob back at them, it sometimes causes them to become very agitated toward you. In "Iggy's" case, he'd literally attack me from wherever he was at. It was quite hilarious, as long as I had room to get away! I mean, this thing literally chased me across the room a few times, LOL!

My other iguana had a gentle, pleasant disposition that was the exact opposite of Iggy. Never bit me once, nor attacked anyone in the household.

I love reptiles.

Marine shells, books, CDs, and DVDs.

Last military PCS almost maxed out my weight limit on books alone. CDs number over 1,000 and about 500 DVDs. Mrs Java says if I don't stop my expensive collecting habits, she's going to start an "alimony" collection!!!
