Really looks like it was designed like this from scratch. I also like that you grinded away that protruding "knob" at the end of the finger choil. While I like that feature on the actual Shaman, your modded knife looks better and more harmonic without it (and shaped like this there is nothing that could come in the way when cutting on a cutting board)

Great option for when one wants to / has to /needs to carry a small knife imho.

When i first saw the title of this post, and having a strong affection for the Shaman, I thought i would be coming here to bemoan the work.

I suspended my disbelief a bit and i do quite like the overall redesign.

I generally like the finger guard nub on the forward choil of the Shaman (and had been slightly irked by people getting so cranky about the interference in the lock well and grinding it off theirs. Abominiation! :eek: ), but removing it works nicely on the chop.
