Hello all,
Glad to get my first mule. I am not that knowledgeable about heat treat and this steel, so sorry for the basic question. I like stainless steels for most of my knives. With that, I would like to get this mule cerakoted with the elite series cerakote. This is oven cured at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Will this hurt the heat treat? Will it change anything ? Mess with the temper? Or am I just over worried and need to spend sometime reading more online.

Welcome to the Spyderco Forum.
Assuming you're referring to the CPM REX76 Mule, here's the data sheet for that steel:

It seems the recommended tempering temperatures (shown in degrees Celsius) are quite a bit higher than the Cerakote curing temperature, but that's no guarantee it won't affect your temper.
