I’m incredibly excited for these models. I’ll be trying to get all 3, hopefully they don’t sell out too quickly. That’s why I just joined the forums, I want to keep up to date with when they drop ;P

I love that spyderco is willing to use these high hardness, high carbide, corrosion prone steels. Now if only they’d make their own proprietary tool steel 🤔

I'm not sure I'm going to wait in line for the m398, but the others oh ya. I'll definitely get the m398 if I have time, but I will change my life around to make sure I get 2 of each of the others. Can't wait to put them through the paces of real life in an industrial work setting. They're usually more ballsy than other makers when it comes to high hrc so I have high hopes.

Ohhh that would be something. Spyderco needs a carbon steel recipe that would make triple B blush. Fear no steel Sal! LoL

It seems Spyderco/Sal took a cue from that article from Larrin, makes me wonder if MT36 or MT37 might be REX 121 :grin-big eyes
Me thinks it's the other way around. I'd bet Larrin got his samples from Spyderco. If not it would be one heck of a coincidence.

Still says release date 2022, so I still got hope! My wallet may appreciate the break though....

With 3 of the 4 Mules delivered, I'm getting antsy for that T15!
