I was reminded of this thread last night after flicking some G10 and micarta across the garage because of material walking up the drill bit, so a bump might help the next guy. :smirk

I travel and live in my Travel Trailer so space is limited. I found these nice little items on Amazon.

A small drill press and a small dual slide table. Taped my scales together, taped the mule on top. Got that on the little table and taped it all to the table. Then put in the proper drill for the pins I am using positioned the hole under the drill and very slowly in and out of the hole drilled the first pin hole. Put in one pin and drilled the second pin hole put that in changed drills and put in the lanyard hole at the back of the tang and put in the hollow copper tube which will be the lanyard hole. Little bites at a time and backing out to clear chips made it go very nicely.
