I had the same experience
mine does not work at the moment. That is probably a UPS thing and not a Spyderco thing.

Turns out I did get this email as well and it was in my spam folder, despite all the other emails coming to my main folder. Then all my Spyderbytes go to the "Promotions" folder in Gmail.

I got a thank you for your patience email, however as of this morning still no shipping notifications. The payment dropped off my account Tuesday.
It shouldn't be a UPS thing because I have a PO Box address.
I don't know what order is being followed. My last name starts with D and I got mine in my cart within 10 seconds. Finalizing payment took 50 minutes but I must have been one of the first to initiate my order.

It might be possible that the simplest orders went out first, so single Mule ships faster than Mules + scales and that ships faster than coffee cup + Mule + sheath + sticker + bandana. Much easier to triage packing & shipping that way to get the great big pile whittled down.

I made a separate order for everything else Thursday night. Those arrived yesterday.

Wow, you've done all you could to make it go smoothly. Did you get an order confirmation at least?

Nothing yet, but my order confirmation by e-mail was received at 7:56 pm Paris time. It's something like 9:56 PST. I guess tomorrow will be the day (it's 11pm here).
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Yes, I got an immediate confirmation email and a charge to my account dated 12/06. The charge disappeared Tuesday. I got a thanks for being patient email. But that's where it went cold.

Kristi did say that the charges can drop off, but Spyderco can still capture the charge once it is shipped. It's possible you'll get one shortly, but it might be worth a call in your case.

I missed the highlighted part earlier. I think the bulk of their shipments go out via UPS, but yours has to go USPS. I've had lots of tracking issues with USPS over the last 3 years or so. Packages would arrive before the tracking number showed any activity and similar issues.
