Well that previous package now says delivered, would be pretty awesome if it was all in one box but I doubt it.

Edit:

Nope, but I got my scales and sheath now, just waiting for the blades. No shipping notice yet.

Same here @Evil D. 2000 MT35P must make at least 1000 orders, even if there was some sold at the SFO ^^.
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

The main reason I'm posting here is to ask: Does anyone know what HRC the MagnaCut Mule was forged at?

I asked Larrin and Sal in Blade Forums. Larrin said he didn't know and Sal said he was checking on it but hasn't answered yet. So, does anyone else happen to know the answer to this question?

Hi all,

I didn't know where to post this as the request came from different threads, The Rc of the Magnacut Mule Team was an average of 62.6

Gail and I are testing one as well.

Still no shipping notification for me, but I’m not worried in the least. There’s nothing lifesaving in my order so it gets here when it gets here. I still haven’t printed scales for it yet in any event.

Is anyone aware of scales besides the Halpern ones or the Spyderco MTGBK?

I found some G10 ones on eBay and wood ones on Etsy, but really looking for contoured scales without any sort of pattern on them.

I prefer G10 although certain Micarta might be OK.

This is my first Mule.

I just got a notification that order processing is delayed a bit for the Mules. I think they are swamped at SFO right now.

I think the sever mess caused a lot of issues. I know I have two orders in, one with a confirmation email and one that I got charged for but no confirmation email. I only needed one order but with no confirmation and just crashes like everyone I kept trying to order. When i called I was told there were a lot of accidental double orders and that they needed to identify and cancel the extra orders.

Thanks to the team for the e-mail JRinFL mentionned. Even though I received an order confirmation, it's always reinsuring to receive this (first order on the website :grin-sweat).

i honestly expected delays and i'm not in a hurry at all. spyderco is really a pretty small business for having factories all over the world. sfo is not a huge place with a lot of employees and they don't handle this kind of sales/order volume often enough to revamp their whole system to accommodate releases like this. i'm sure they're working on it, but the email was appreciated for peace of mind, as already stated by ramonade.

Received the calendar and mug I ordered earlier, before MT35P was released, but haven't received shipping notice of the knives. Charges showed on cc on Friday though, so fingers crossed.

I called Spyderco SFO and they said it will be a few more days before they ship all Mule Team orders since there are only four of them working there. Hopefully, all MT orders will ship this week.
