Wow. Took off work to try. Now 30 minutes later and I still haven't gotten anywhere. I can't take off all day, so I suppose I'll miss this one.

I'm not one to get overly frustrated about missing out on things like this, but I have to say that it's hard to not be annoyed. Anyone could have predicted this. I hope that Spyderco finally takes the lesson to update and improve whatever they need to to make sure this does not happen again. It's really off-putting.

Wow, what a train wreck. I was able to select 2 and add them to my cart. Then after a long delay I got a form where I clicked "checkout now". Then 33 minutes later I get to verify my billing info. 5 minutes later (39 minutes after first selecting 2) it is asking for credit card info. Then I get:

Notice: Undefined index: message in /var/www/vhosts/spyderco.com/httpdocs/catalog/order3.php on line 386

Which would indicate some kind of bug in their website PHP code. It is 9:50 right now and the website is still balky and no telling if this order is going through or what is really going on. I've never seen or been through anything like this online.

WOW, mine just went thru using a VPN. Gotta be a miracle.... all I can say for everyone is keep trying!

I selected the VPN I have closest to Colorado to have a greater chance at it and I think it worked, cuz my other connection is from Canada and I can't even load the www.spyderco.com page with it...

It took me 51 minutes to checkout due to countless declined checkouts...

The declining is not coming from my credit card. It’s the Spyderco checkout process.

53min. I give up. We know there will be plenty available on the secondary market for $500 bucks haha You never truly miss a drop and the flippers know it! I haven't missed one I've wanted in a long time so I suppose it was finally my time to miss out on one. Just extra money in the pocket to spend at SFO on a regular production model tn when the mule hype is over haha
