I have a vpn problem.

First of all, there was a message about turning off the VPN even if you are not using a VPN program.

"User is switching their IP address. IP address recently engaged in suspicious behavior. We could not verify your information or something in your information has been found to be associated with fraud. Please try again. If you are using a VPN, try turning it off to try again or contact us."

So I connect with my mobile phone(LTE), such a message appears.

The release of mule team is a week away, what should I do?
Have you tried from a normal hardwired desktop computer? If your cell phone signal is jumping towers or something it would appear to be switching ip addresses I bet. I would never recommend using cell phone service for these time sensitive purchases.
Edit: nerdlock gets it on a hardwired setup....hmmmmm odd. I still wouldn’t try via a cell phone connection though.

It's not actually a "wired" connection per se - it's over WIFI at home since my Macbook doesn't have a LAN port for wired connectivity. Same ISP for several years already. But still, I did not encounter that problem with the previous two transactions with Spyderco.com, only during the latest Z-Wear Mule drop.
I've never had issues until I went to buy a wharnie Endela earlier this month- I was at home with my phone connected to wifi, no VPN, and the transaction wouldn't go through. When I checked the IP analyzer link from Kristi's tip post, it said my address was suspicious. Turned off wifi and reloaded the page over cellular data, the IP was trustworthy and the transaction went through. Checked again on wifi the next day and everything was fine- I assume the address my router/ISP assigned me the first time must have had some bad history from a previous user.

I guess checking that the IP address is good on my device will have to be part of the 8:50 AM prep on Friday.

I have been so pumped about release that I woke from deep sleep fixed coffee, fed cat , and then hit the recliner. I immediately opened iPad and login in and waited and waited . Then At 8:05 freaking out suddenly came to realize I’m a week ahead of release ! Embarrassing. MG2

I have my account, I've entered billing and shipping adress and made sure they both are the same. Now, is it possible to enter my payment infos early ? I'll try to store it on the browser like advised, but I'm not really familiar with this !
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

You can store the full CC# information within your browser but instructions are specific to each browser / platform. An easy way around that is to copy just the CC# into the clipboard and then paste it into payment CC# upon checkout.

Here’s how to store CC# information into the Safari browser on an iPhone: Settings > Safari > AutoFill > Saved Credit Cards (iPhone security kicks in) > Add Credit Card (Use Camera or type it in).

after talking to two different people and two unanswered emails, I give up. Going to Plan B, and totally disappointed.

You've still got plenty of time...it will be ok. First day back to work for many people after the holiday, I'm sure everyone is playing catch up.

Thanks much reaching out . I have many accounts and have never had this problem. I’m just going to walk away from it . It’s not worth the frustration.

I have everything ready to hopefully buy 2.

Question, what Halpern scales are available usually? On their website I see they have some really nice ones, but not sure if all will be available or just certain ones.
You should never have to ask yourself "do i really need another knife?" The answer is obvious...

i emailed them and they are out of a lot of the micarta options right now. if you email, they usually respond with what they have so you can place an order.

do you have to order from their site to get all options? or would the spyderco site have them as well (when we order our magnacut this friday)?

Order direct from Halpern. Spyderco will not have them, but they should the black G10 ones if they are in stock. I did my 2 orders all through email with Jen there for my last Mule.

So, if by some miracle, one gets the complete package from Spyderco:

MT35P MagnaCut Mule Team $75.00
a set of scales (now in stock) $44.95
a sheath $30.00

Then you have spent $149.95, just .05 away from free shipping...
